Yeah, if i'm not bleeding at least once a day, then i'm not doing much. A fighting rooster attacked my hand at feeding & boy did i bleed. Now i'm swollen & black & blue. My hand hurts & its a little weak. End of march, i was taking animals out foraging, tripped over low barbed wire & fractured my right wrist. Last year bringing out hay, i fell, twisted my left foot & sprained it bad. Then after that i smashed an index finger. I probably should have had stitches, so now its healed strange.

I've bought ribeye steaks for $12lb and tried to sear them at 600 degrees. THE MEAT STAYED BLOODY PINK at 600 degrees until I tried a piece, it was garbage- I fed dogs. It was sprayed with something to retain a nice red raw color regardless of age. WTF? I also see the corporations side: we are trying to find amounts and pricing to where we can feed 400million plus Americans a day on an extremely small amount of agricultural acreage. It's amazing how well they've done to date but now we get cancer and birth defects and high diabetes rates etc. I'm not sure a working class American can feed their families clean meat and GMO free plant products.

Trinity I have recently come across your videos after seeing your interview with Dwane at Dry Creek Wrangler School. I have been really enjoying all of your videos. My sister that lives in Montana keeps trying to get me to come visit, but I'm not sure my Florida blood can handle that cold of weather. I found this video particularly interesting though. All my life (46 years) I always said I am not a college person, can't handle sitting in classes, there's no kind of degree for me or what I would want to do. I've been through several trade schools, and retiring from the Army in about 8 months. My body had decided it has been beat up enough over the years that it's tired and wants to try something new. I found a program through the VA to go to school and I figured what the heck, I'll give it a try. So here I am, in my third semester. It's been tough, I have a really hard time concentrating because I am not a classroom person, I'd rather be outdoors. But I said I'd try it, made it a goal, so keeping at it. But being someone from an older generation in classes with those from younger generation definitely has it's challenges. It's hard to keep my mouth close and respect other's views, but I manage. But I have challenged some. One young man gave a presentation on clean energy in a class. Long story short, when I questioned the destruction of forests and farmland for solar farms and wind farms, he had no answer. My family supports local farmers and ranchers, and that is getting harder to do when they are getting pushed out. Whether or not I get something out of this whole college thing is to be seen, but it's another goal I made to get through and will move on from it if I make it through. But I hope not to be one of those people who says "well I have my degree so now I'm smarter than you." Because I know that's BS and hope others know that as well. I know this is an older video, but keep up that great work, looking forward to more of them.

Remember Citizens United that opened the door for unlimited dark money to corrupt out entire country, and all the Republicans fighting for it because, "corporations are people too".
